Individual Giving
"Your
life is an artwork in progress." --The
Value of the Arts to the Community and Education, AnnRene
Joseph
All
of us have the potential to touch the future through who
we are, the values and beliefs that the arts communicate,
through our experiences to those around us. That is why
the Colorful Arts Society, Inc. (CAS) was founded
in 2000 to further the arts, to aid in the advancement
of education, to promote public support for the arts, the
enjoyment and appreciation
of the arts and involvement in the arts by the general
public. CAS brings forth events in dance, music, theater,
and visual
arts. CAS gives annual scholarships to deserving college
students in the arts. The Colorful Arts Society, like other
nonprofit
organizations, cannot accomplish its mission without the
support of individuals in the community--individuals like
you. So how
can you help breathe life into your community? By becoming
a supporter of the arts through your tax deductible donation
to the Colorful Arts Society, a nonprofit organization
organized under Section 501(c )(3) of the Internal Revenue
Code. A gift
of any amount is greatly appreciated and will help to further
public support for the arts. Specific patron gift levels
are shown on the bar on the left. As you give, remember
that your
gift in support of the arts will help touch the future.
Corporate Giving
Is
your company a good corporate citizen? A good corporate
citizen gives back to the community that it serves. A good
corporate citizen supports vital aspects of its community.
A good corporate citizen is therefore a supporter of the
arts, because a good corporate citizen knows that the
arts define
and celebrate all aspects of our lives. "The arts
are the universal language that communicates to all peoples,
the value of the arts to the community and education."

That is why the Colorful Arts Society, Inc. (CAS) was founded
in 2000 to further the arts, to aid in the advancement of education,
to promote pubic support for the arts, the enjoyment and appreciation
of the arts and involvement in the arts by the general public.
CAS brings forth events in dance, music, theater, and visual
arts. CAS gives annual scholarships to deserving college students
in the arts. CAS has an important link with, and commitment
to, the community by sponsoring and participating in community
enrichment activities through the arts. CAS has sponsored summer
children's community theater and participated in arts programs
aimed at supporting children raised by grandparents. CAS has
sponsored and showcased students from the Youth Talent Development
Program of the Atlanta Symphony and partnered with the Alliance
Theater, Hammonds House, and the National Black Arts Festival,
to name a few.
That is why a good corporate citizen, like your company,
should support the Colorful Arts Society, Inc. through financial
contributions and donations of products or services for silent
auction. The good will that your company's gift will impart
to the community through the arts will come back to you through
visibility, brand awareness, and customer recognition that
your company actively demonstrates its commitment to the community.
As a good corporate citizen sponsor of CAS, you will show who
you are, what you do, and how you do it, and play a significant
role, through the arts, in shaping, molding, and celebrating
the lives your company touches.
To
become a corporate sponsor of CAS, please see the specific
patron gift levels shown below. We look forward
to your company becoming a corporate sponsor of the Colorful
Arts Society, Inc. as we work together to promote pubic
support for the arts which define and celebrate all aspects
of our
lives.
